If you change your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
Due to health and hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear, bra, bra-top, bra-dress, sock, swimwear and jewellery piercing products unless faulty. Human Haus reserves the right to reject your return should the item, its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.

1. Separate dark and light colors for washing to avoid causing mutual dye transfer.
2. Hand wash with cold water to maintain the shape of the product.
3. When washing, please use water temperature below 30°C, avoid vigorous rubbing; use neutral detergent; do not soak.
4. Do not use bleach, fluorescent whitening agents, or fabric softeners as they may damage the fabric.
5. After cleaning, quickly adjust the shape of the product and lay it flat to dry in the shade; do not wring out, and avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
6. This product should not be ironed.
